Join the United Facility Partners Subcontractor Network
Steady commercial work in your metro without the sales overhead — we win multi-location contracts and subcontract the local work to vetted companies like yours.
What you get
We assemble local networks as client demand arrives in a given metro — we're not offering an existing book of business, we're recruiting the bench that will service contracts as they land. When work opens up in your area, being in the network means qualified commercial cleaning work comes to you without spending a dollar on your own sales or marketing to win it.
Every assignment runs under a defined scope sheet and SLA, so expectations — what gets cleaned, at what frequency, to what standard, and what remedy applies if something's missed — are written down before the first shift, not settled after a dispute. You get one point of contact at United Facility Partners instead of juggling a separate relationship for every client. Payment terms are stated up front: Net-30 on completed, inspection-passed work.
What we require
Every company in the network is held to the same published standard — a minimum general liability policy with United Facility Partners named as additional insured, checkable commercial references, confirmed capacity to staff the work, background checks for crews assigned to regulated sites, and a documented inspection and corrective-action process. Bringing in undisclosed sub-subcontractors isn't permitted. Read the full requirements on our vetting standards page before applying.
How joining works
- 1. Apply below. Tell us about your company, your crew, and the metro you serve.
- 2. Vetting review. We check your documents, references, and insurance against our published standard.
- 3. Activation. You're activated for assignments once a contract opens in your metro.
To be transparent: applying doesn't mean immediate work. United Facility Partners is actively building its network market by market, and your metro activates as client demand lands there — not on a fixed schedule. See the metros we're active in today. A completed application puts you in line for that moment.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to apply?+
No. Applying to join the network is free, and there's no cost at any point in the vetting review either. We only need your company, insurance, and reference information to evaluate whether you're a fit.
Do I lose my own existing clients if I join?+
No. Joining the network is non-exclusive — you keep every client relationship you already have. Network work is additional capacity, not a replacement for the business you've already built.
How does payment work?+
Completed, inspection-passed work is paid Net-30. Scope sheets and SLAs are documented up front for every site so there's no ambiguity about what's owed or when, and payment terms are stated before you're assigned a location.
What metros are you building the network in?+
We're building out coverage market by market as client contracts land — see the current list of metros on our homepage (unitedfacilitypartners.com/#locations). If your metro isn't listed yet, applying now still puts you in line for when demand reaches your area.
